A new ssg and more BSD stories

The new and shiny version of ssg is ready for you! :)

• supports incremental updates,
• has cleaner source code (212 LoC),
• doesn’t depend on rsync(1).

I’ve extracted RSS generator to bin/rssg, so now you can have multiple RSS feeds on one site:

New and updated how-tos:

• Dock laptop with with xrandr(1), xinput(1), xrdb(1), and sysctl(8)
• Find and remove whitespaces with grep(1) and sed(1)
• Encrypt disk with bioctl(8) and CRYPTO: Mount and umount
• Make bootable image with geteltorito(1) and dd(1)
  For example, for BIOS update on ThinkPad X1 Carbon 6th gen.

Bonus: If you edit shell scripts, check out my wrapper for tmux(1), entr(1), and shellcheck(1): bin/e.
